About Mogul Beer
Nestled in our vibrant community, Mogul Brewery is more than just a place to grab a cold one; it’s a celebration of culture, craftsmanship and local talent. Founded over a decade ago by Dave, who began brewing in his garage, Mogul has evolved from humble beginnings to a thriving local business.
Dave’s first creation, the Hammered Auctioneer pale ale, showcased his passion for brewing and quickly became a crowd favourite. Today, Mogul offers an impressive range, including lager, ginger beer, IPAs and a highly touted raspberry sour. They also serve up wine and soft drinks for those who don't fancy a beer.
One of the most striking features of Mogul Brewery is its inviting atmosphere. The cosy taproom, adorned with mid-century décor and comfortable seating, creates a welcoming space for everyone—for families, tradies and friends gathering after work.
Mogul strives to support local musicians, hosting free gigs in the beer garden. It also champions local food producers, and has paired with A Taste of Aloha to serve up Hawaiian inspired street food including tacos, burgers and wraps.
As Mogul Brewery continues to grow, Dave and his team remain committed to quality, community, and sustainability. Next time you seek a spot to unwind, consider raising a glass at Mogul Brewery—where every schooner contributes to a local legacy. Find us just opposite Mitre 10 in Woolgoolga Wednesday - Sunday.
Our sustainability
About
Mogul Beer works with local suppliers, producers and businesses to minimise impact. Costa Group provides Mogul with 25kg of surplus raspberries for our famous Rouge de Blush brew. Our grain is a single origin, small batch Australian malt from Voyager. Used grains are provided to local farmers as livestock feed. We recycle bottles and cans onsite and reuse our can holders during the canning process. As locals of Emerald Beach we participate in local sponsorship opportunities and are members of the Woolgoolga Chamber of Commerce.

The food is excellent and worth a visit just on it's own. The staff at the bar are knowledgeable and happy to provide samples to find what beer you would like.

Mogul is unapologetically a beer lovers brewery. Nailed some big flavoured beers on opening - well done to the brewers.
